#LondonTogether
18 April 2020
Youmanity reports on another interactive campaign driven by Thrive LDN. Entitled #LondonTogether this new campaign aims to collect and showcase video selfies of people in self-isolation: what are you doing to keep yourself content and mentally healthy during lock-down?
To this end, Thrive LDN are putting together a collection of video selfies that can illustrate what Londoners are doing during such challenging times.
If you would like to get involved, all you have to do is record a video selfie on your phone addressing the following:
· What are you doing to keep yourself physically and/or mentally well? and/or
· What are you doing to stay connected with friends, loved ones and neighbours? and/or
· Do you know a #LondonTogether hero? Give a ‘shout out’ to any big-hearted Londoners
Once recorded, send your video selfie by WhatsApp to 07795 665 680 or email to info@thriveldn.co.uk Please include your social media handles.

Mental health and wellbeing resources
Thrive LDN has been coordinating the public mental health response to COVID-19 in London to support the mental health and resilience of Londoners during and after the pandemic. As part of this, Thrive LDN have been working with partners to develop citywide public mental health messaging and resources. These can be downloaded HERE
In addition, Thrive LDN Project Manager Lise Hansen is working with London’s digital mental wellbeing service, Good Thinking to provide an online service around self-care for the four most common mental health conditions: anxiety, low mood, sleeping difficulties and stress.
