Ride with Amnesty International
Have you ever thought of riding your bike for a good cause? This year you can on Wednesday 7 - Sunday 11 September 2016. Amnesty international, in partnership with Skyline Events, are organizing bike ride to ‘defend’ human rights.
A bike ride of 300 miles over four days: You'll meet your group and set off from South London, cycling through Kent and over the North Downs onto Dover.
You'll board a ferry to Calais, then ride for the next three days through stunning French countryside, historic towns and the famous Somme region. On the last day you will ride into Paris! Riders will have a day to relax and rest their legs before catching the Eurostar back to London.
How much does it cost to participate? The total cost is £99 which will include transport, accommodation, meals as well as the transport for your luggage. You will receive a t-shirt and collecting Amnesty bundle funds, loads of fundraising materials and all the help and support they need to meet your goal.
This could be the opportunity to get a bunch of mates or colleagues together and collectively do your bit for human rights.
