A haircut for the homeless
2 August 2016
If you ever wondered how you could help people in need, the answer is very simple: share your skills with them!
In London’s Clapham there is a wonderful barber, Josh Coombes who started the ‘Haircuts for the Homeless project’. Coombes believes that a haircut can improve somehow the lives of the homeless by simply making them look better and therefore improve their self confidence.
‘Haircuts for the Homeless project’ is part of a larger project called ‘DoSomethingfornoThing’ which calls people around the world to take time to reach out to those in need.
More and more people around the world are now taking more of an interest in their communities, and to help out the homeless.
Chapeau Josh Coombes!
