Passover (Pesach in Hebrew) is the Jewish festival that remembers the time that Moses led the Jewish people out of slavery – you’ll remember the part of the story where the Red Sea parted to let them through. It’s one of the most important festivals in the Jewish calendar and it kicks off this weekend (22 April).
